Record And Publish Results

Save results and check how they affect the standings.

Examples use golf. For another sport, choose its available rules, scoring, and exercises. Golf-only features are noted in the steps.

Go Live On The Day. When play begins, open the event’s Details tab and choose Go live (1). Scores and standings update for everyone from then on, and live scoring is open.

Open The Standings. Open the Standings tab (1), then select the competition (2) and the round (3). The scorecard lists every participant with their recorded scores.

Choose The Score. Choose the score you want to enter or correct (1); in golf each hole has its own box. Other sports use their own score, time or performance fields.

Enter The Result. Type the value into the open box (1) and press Tab or choose another box to save it. Check each number against the paper scorecard.

Check And Print. Choose Refresh (2) and check that the saved result shows the expected colour, total and position in the participant’s row (1). To print the round, choose Download Report (3).

Choose The Report Columns. In Results Report Settings, choose the columns to print (1); position and name are always included. Choose Generate Report (2), then download the PDF in Reports, opened from the notifications bell.

Review The Statistics. Open the Stats tab (1), select the competition (2), and switch between Overview and Compare (3). Statistics fill in as results are recorded.

Finish The Event. When play is over and the results are checked, choose Finish event (1). The results become final and the event page shows the event as Completed.
