Start Here: Your First Event

Run one small event from setup to results.

Examples use golf. For another sport, choose its available rules, scoring, and exercises. Golf-only features are noted in the steps.

Create An Event. In the Competitions menu, open Events (1) and choose Create event (2). The guided setup asks for the name, sport, date and format; Create And Publish An Event explains each step.

Add Participants. On the event page, open the Participants tab (1) and choose Add participant (2) for each person taking part. Check that everyone is in the right competition.

Publish The Event. When the checklist shows the event is ready, choose Publish event (1) and pick who can see the event page. On the day, choose Go live so scores can be entered.

Record A Result. On the Standings tab, choose a score box (1), type the result and press Tab to save it. The golf example scores each hole; other sports use their own result fields.

Share The Event. Open the Links tab (1) and copy or open the event page link (2) to share it. Open it yourself first to check what viewers see.
